Former FCC CIO David Bray Signs On To Foster A People-Centered Internet

David Bray began his career in government as a 15 year old working at the Energy Department in the Continuous Electron Beam Accelerator Facility. He has since worked at multiple agencies, most recently as CIO of the FCC. His latest venture is as Executive Director of People-Centered Internet.
